Exhibition

An exhibition of scientific instruments, equipment and techniques will be held alongside the main conference from 23rd - 24th May.

There will be a separate Outreach exhibition on Tuesday 24 May with demonstrations of discharge lamps, optics and plasma models for the public, combined with interesting general talks from John Brown, Bob Bingham and Andy Randewich. 

Set-up will be available from 17:00 on Sunday 22nd May.

Exhibition package

The exhibition package includes:

• allocated exhibition are space of 3 x 2 m (please ensure you keep within these dimensions); desks are available and measure 600 x 900 mm; please indicate how many you require - maximum 4 desks per space, plus 2 chairs - when completing the reservation form.
• one complimentary pass to the conference
• exhibitor name badge
• web link to your organisation on the conference website
• a delegate and exhibitor list
• lunch and refreshments for one representative on show days. 

The cost to exhibit is £400 + VAT.
